The rocks are red in color to a deep burgundy and the rocks darken over use.
The rocks are durable and hold the heat very well.
For fire pit use, rocks mainly used are from 4"  thru 10" in size. Also available are rocks 10" - 12" in size.
 We can customize your order (rock size) at no additional cost.
We also have larger lava rocks.

   For fire pits of 2' - 3' in diameter you would need 50 to 100 lbs. of lava rocks 4"-6" in size.
For fire pits of 4' - 5' in diameter 100 - 150 lbs. of lava rocks, 4" -6" in size.
Accent your fire pit with larger size rocks, 6"-8" in size. We have rocks of any size you may need as well.
If you'd like a nice "mound look" the smaller size of rocks looks beautiful.
We gladly can mix rock sizes.

Order 1 rock or how many you need. There is no minimum amount of rock to order.

We hand select every rock for your fire pit application. Each rock comes individually wrapped in a styrofoam sheet and each box is lined with 3/4" styrofoam to assure no damage during shipping. You are not charged for this service.

Rocks cost: $1.32 per lb. up to 200 lbs.
              201-400 lbs $1.24 per lb.
                Over 400 lbs. $1.19 per lb.

We ship UPS Ground ( most economical ) for larger orders we can ship Freight.
Turn around time is same day to next day service. Some larger orders may take longer and this we can discuss with you.
